After spending the night in Ouarzazate, you continue your journey towards the desert town of
Merzouga, passing through the beautiful Todra Gorges. The drive takes you through the captivating

As you approach Todra Gorges, you will be greeted by towering cliffs that rise up to 300 meters. This

beauty of the gorge. You can also take some time to relax and enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal at one
of the local restaurants.
After exploring Todra Gorges, you continue your journey towards Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara
Desert. Upon arrival, you can relax and soak in the serene atmosphere of the desert town. In the
evening, you can embark on a camel trek into the dunes of Erg Chebbi, experiencing the magical sunset
over the vast expanse of golden sand. You spend the night in a traditional desert camp, enjoying a
delicious dinner and traditional Berber music under the starry sky.
On the third day, you bid farewell to the desert and head towards the city of Fes. The route takes you
through the captivating Ziz Valley, characterized by lush palm groves and picturesque oases. You can
make stops along the way to appreciate the breathtaking views and take some memorable photographs.
Continuing your journey, you pass through the town of Midelt, nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains.
This area is known for its diverse landscapes, including forests, valleys, and snow-capped peaks. If time
permits, you can explore the surrounding forests, enjoy a short hike, or simply relax in the tranquil
surroundings.
As you continue your drive, you reach Ifrane, a unique Moroccan city that resembles a Swiss alpine
village. Known as “Little Switzerland,” Ifrane is famous for its European-style architecture, clean streets,
and well-manicured gardens. You can take a stroll through the city, visit the Al Akhawayn University, or
indulge in some delicious pastries at the local cafes.
Finally, you arrive in Fes, one of Morocco’s most iconic imperial cities. Known for its ancient medina and
rich history, Fes offers a wealth of cultural and historical treasures to explore. You can wander through
the narrow streets of the medina, visit the famous tanneries, explore the historic palaces and mosques,
and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
After three days of incredible experiences and breathtaking landscapes, your journey from Marrakech to
Fes comes to an end, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Morocco’s diverse beauty.
