8 Days From Marrakech to Casablanca

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Upon your arrival in Marrakech, you will be greeted by your tour guide and transferred to your accommodation. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the vibrant streets, markets, and historic sites of Marrakech.

Day 2: Marrakech Sightseeing

Enjoy a full day exploring the highlights of Marrakech. Visit the famous Bahia Palace, with its stunning architecture and beautiful gardens. Explore the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere of the souks and indulge in local delicacies.

Day 3: Marrakech to Ouarzazate via Ait Ben Haddou

Leave Marrakech and travel towards Ouarzazate. En route, visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village with magnificent kasbahs. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” and spend the night there.

Day 4: Ouarzazate to Merzouga via Todra Gorges

After breakfast, head towards the Sahara Desert. Pass through the stunning Todra Gorges, famous for their towering cliffs and picturesque views. Continue the journey to Merzouga, where you’ll embark on a camel trek into the golden dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert. Spend the night in a traditional desert camp, enjoying a magical evening under the starry sky.

Day 5: Merzouga to Fes via Middle Atlas Mountains

Wake up early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over the dunes before departing for Fes. Traverse the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through beautiful landscapes and charming villages. Arrive in Fes and settle into your accommodation for the night.

Day 6-7: Fes to Chefchaouen via Meknes and Volubilis

Explore the cultural capital of Fes for two days. Discover the UNESCO-listed medina, visit the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque, and the tanneries. On the second day, depart for the blue city of Chefchaouen, stopping en route at the historical city of Meknes and the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. Spend the night in Chefchaouen and immerse yourself in the charming blue-washed streets.

Day 8: Chefchaouen to Casablanca via Rabat

After breakfast, leave Chefchaouen and travel to the capital city of Rabat. Explore the historical landmarks, including the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Continue to Casablanca, where you’ll visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque and experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Spend the night in Casablanca and transfer to the airport on the following day.
