After a brief morning tour of the Medina, your guide will bring you to an ancient family-owned Riad for a cooking class where he will teach you all about the products, rituals, and practices that are integral to
Moroccan cuisine. Questions, comments, and stories about your cooking adventures are welcome. More exploration means more information is revealed.
The employees at this traditional Moroccan eatery will gladly host your group for an evening of cultural sharing and conversation.
For a short time, you will become an integral part of the “Chef’s” team as he reveals the great and small cooking mysteries of Rabat, as well as the history and culture of the city’s cuisine. You’ll have a guide by your side as you learn about Moroccan cuisine and how to perfect your culinary dishes.
Participants will receive a badge of completion over a cup of warm and welcoming Moroccan tea and then sample the complete meal (Entrance, Resistance, Dessert) they helped prepare at the conclusion of
the session.
For an extra 15 euros, your guests can join us for brunch after the culinary lesson.
